Individual, group and team programs available

Programs Include:

  • Speed and Agility Training
Our program will train you to get the edge you need in competition. Our goal is to help you improve performance in your sport(s). Our sessions are designed to help you run faster, improve your vertical jump and power, and increase your lower and upper body strength with functional and core training.
  • Sports Performance Training
Our program will evaluate you in aspects of sports performance, flexibility and strength. We will also screen you for pre-disposing factors to potential injury and decreased performance. These are the same tests we give college and professional athletes for evaluation purposes. Your results will be mailed to your home and you will have a follow-up with one of our performance trainers.
